I want my customers to be happy with my creations and if you have an issue with anything, please don't hesitate to contact me so we can come to a mutual win/win resolution together.

Returns

I can provide a refund on items that have not been personalized. 

Shipping the item back to me for refund would be at the cost of the customer.

Turn Around Time

I will work diligently and urgently to get your order mailed out to you as soon as is possible. 

- Stockings take 3-4 weeks to ship out as I knit them for each individual order.

- Jewelry and Suncatchers take about 3-4 business days to ship out.

- Woodworking can not be shipped at this time. If you would like to buy a piece locally (Devon, AB and surrounding area) please message me so we can set that up.
